"When I talk to the camera, mate, it's not like I'm talking to the camera, I'm talking to you because I want to whip you around and plunk you right there with me" Steve Irwin.
Cassidy and I saw this copperhead on the way home tonight. It got a little unnerving at
times being so close to get a picture, because when they strike, it can be that quick, that if they're within range, you're dead, you're dead in your tracks. Oh what we photographers won't do!

Storm Watching
I was shooting a wedding recently, and towards the end of the reception, I noticed this cut little boy looking out the door at a torrential downpour. I went outside and photographed him from the other side. I believe he would have stood there as long as I was photographing him. I got some good pictures of him later on hamming it up.

Cassidy and Cameron
Cassidy and Cameron did a photo shoot recently on a miserably hot and humid night. At 9:15 that night, it was still 91 degrees. Cameron wanted an industrial/downtown look so we headed to downtown Greensboro. Cameron was a little surprised when a train started approaching, I told him to stand next to the tracks. We had a lot of fun in spite of the heat.
